A Ministry for Ministry Leaders
Ginosko Leadership Ministries equips over-stretched and under-resourced leaders and organizations to grow in operational and functional excellence. And—as we walk alongside these leaders, we spur them on and encourage them to grow in their intimacy with and dependence on Christ—so that Christ is central in their leadership, vision & mission, goals & strategies, programming & content, and within their marriages and relationships.
who We Are
Scott Grzesiak is a dedicated follower of Jesus with a remarkable journey spanning over 30 years, blending leadership in both the business and Christian non-profit realms. Growing up without a father in his home, Scott's personal experiences shaped his deep passion and commitment to young people facing fatherlessness and childhood trauma.
Scott’s diverse career began in Tokyo, selling for Pasona Inc., and later contributing to the growth of companies like E & J Gallo Winery, Shure Incorporated, and PepsiCo across the US and Asia. Armed with a double BA in Economics & East Asian Languages & Literature (Japanese) from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, his educational foundation is as robust as his professional experience spanning sales & distribution management, financial analysis, and strategy.
In 1998, a radical faith transformation led Scott to volunteer as a mentor in Chicago's Cabrini Green Housing Projects, marking the beginning of his mission to impact young lives. Co-founding "SLAM" in 1999 and later founding GRIP Outreach For Youth in 2004, a 501(c)3 non-profit, Scott committed himself to Christ-centered “life-on-life” discipleship for urban youth. By the grace of God, under Scott’s leadership, GRIP thrived, reaching 500-600 youth a year, with an annual budget of $2.0 - 2.4 million, supporting 24 staff, training & mobilizing 300+ volunteers, and engaging 1,600 financial partners.
Experiencing the communication gap between urban youth literacy and the Word of God, Scott, during his tenure at GRIP, also commissioned a team of gifted young men with the vision and creativity to produce the Streetlights Bible—a groundbreaking audio/visual Bible set to hip-hop beats. This initiative, now an independent 501(c)3 entity, offers powerful teaching, music, and bilingual audio/visual Bibles through the Streetlights Bible App, impacting young people globally. Scott and his wife, Jennifer, reside on Chicago's West Side, homeschooling their five children. Active members of Cross Culture Church, the Grzesiak family enjoys a spirited game of “knock-out” basketball and volleyball together. Scott will never turn down a good glass of Napa Cabernet with friends nor an invitation to help him reinvent his golf swing.
Scott welcomes opportunities to share his insights on identity & purpose, successes and failures in leadership, organizational planning and goal-setting, life-on-life discipleship, and more. Invite Scott to speak at your church or train your team for an inspiring session on Christ-centered leadership.
